Teaching Philosophy
      About my teaching philosophy... teaching is the ability and skill to transfere knowledge needeed to fulfull the curriculum while at the same time motivating the students to be innovative and hand-on, minds-on learners.  Teaching involves a dependable facilitator who utilizes resources while being a respectful, caring, patient, and compitent leader.  Teaching involves wearing many hats and having a good sence of humor.  Teachers are role models who are passionately dedicated to producing a curious and diverse group of students.  Teaching involves interactions between teachers and students which should be carried out in a responsible manner in a supportive and caring environment.
